Great rates, quiet, clean and kept up inside and outside. Manager is wonderful. I was in town for a conference. I needed an affordable but decent hotel to lay my head at for one night. The hotel where the conference was wanted $300 a night. Carpenter Street Hotel charged me $130. I was only there for one night. Was only there to check in then sleep. It got the job done. No problems. Hotel was clean and comfortable and the price was right. STaff was friendly. Good staff and clean room. The beds were clean, comfortable place. Convenient to clinic. Would stay again.
