The hotel staff were friendly welcomed us on arrival. One of the staff members walked us over to a restaurant where we had lunch. The hotel suite was spacious and clean. Centrally located to everything we wanted to see. I would definitely stay there again. The manager and guest service were very helpful. Overall staff was caring.I recommend this place to my friends. The one bedroom suite was great with plenty of room. Loved being able to bring two large dogs. ALL-SUITE HOTEL WITH FULL KITCHENS, SEPARATE BEDROOMS, PRIVATE BALCONIES.STUDIO, ONE AND TWO BEDROOM SUITES. EXCELLENT LOCATION BETWEEN TRENDY ELGIN ST. AND THE RIDEAU CANAL. INDOOR POOL, HOT TUB, SAUNA, FITNESS ROOM, RESTAURANT, PENTHOUSE. 5 DELUXE MEETING ROOMS WITH FLOOR TO CEILING WINDOWS.
