Property Description

First time staying. Great location, room was clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay there again. Close to everything we wanted to do. Great staff, great stay overall! The room was cleaned promptly each day of our five night stay. Very efficient room temperature control and handy food and beverage facilities. A friendly, respectful staff rounded out the experience. Staff are friendly. Helpful. Hotel is nice and clean. Good location. Clean hotel, great location, breakfast is good. We went in August and the hotel was busy but we never heard any other guests. The room was clean and room service lady was very nice. There was a restaurant with extended opening hours which we appreciated. We arrived just in time for the holiday season and the hotel was lovely. They also had Santa visits on weekends for the kids. The family area is a dream, daughter loved the toys, teen zone has a lot to offer. Staff was amazingly kind, offered up helpful tips and overall made the stay a dream. Good rooms overall with nice water pressure in shower. The hotel is the same as 20 years ago when we first came, we love ÔØñ´©Å the location and before Covid we came two to three times a year. We are so thankful to be back in Toronto! We are vaccinated and so happy to go to Spring Sushi and the Eaton center! Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. What more can you ask for? Staff was courteous and polite. Decently priced hotel in a good location. Good service! Great location, close to the subway, quiet and clean. Check in was easy and checkout was even easier.
