In particular the staff was great and helpful. I had a number of conversations with Matt, always friendly! Also a few conversations with Julienne and Imad, again helpful and friendly. Very decent breakfast as well. The most comfortable bed and pillows! The last surprise? A taxi voucher for transportation to the airport! MUCH appreciated! Thank you!
