Hotel was quite well maintained and clean with nice staff. I would stay there again. Not only is the hotel itself clean but the rooms are as well. Kaye and the rest of the housekeeping group do an extremely good job at keeping things clean and take a lot of pride in their work. The hotel's location is very convenient and in the middle of several eating establishments. Anytime in the future that I need a place to stay in the Monroe area I will definitely be staying at this location. I've stayed here twice and I was never disappointed with anyone on staff or with the condition of the facility in any way. When I walked in to the room I was so pleased with how clean and spacious the room was. I didn't see dust or dirt anywhere. I got to meet Kaye, one of the housekeepers and she was very helpful and friendly. She engaged in pleasant conversation as well as helping with new towels and small things needed to sort of refresh the room. It was so nice to have someone engage in conversation instead of acting like I was a bother to them. Breakfast was served daily and was good.
