Every thing was handled professionally. The host brought a blanket to our room. Easy check out and check in. Love the eclectic mix of old factory, new hotel. Nice experience. I have stayed here several times now when visiting Lancaster.Very comfortable, clean, professional, nice mattress. Excellent stay. Well decorated, clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and fast. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant Cap & Cork and it was fantastic. Would definitely recommend. Room was fine. Our room was clean, the staff was pleasant, and the location is perfect.I would highly recommend it. The wedding was great! An awesome venue and staff! Restaurant and wedding accommodations were excellent. Room was neat and clean with all the linen and bath supplies we needed. We loved it. Cute hotel. Great rehab of old building. Very quiet. My son and his new wife chose the Cork Factory Hotel for it's cool vibe, beautiful interior spaces and location in Lancaster. The hotel delivered on all of that and much more. Staff were absolutely customer focused and pleasant, the cocktail hour and reception were flat out gorgeous, food was excellent and the hotel rooms were comfortable, spacious and super cool. I cannot recommend the Cork Factory Hotel enough! We especially liked the character of the place, different from the usual hotel chains; also liked the service and the restaurant. The food was excellent. The location is a little away from the center of town but close enough and easy to get to other attractions.
