Property Description

Excellent stay! Unique location. Quality service. Well appointed room, comfy and quiet. The Hotel is located in the heart of Utica downtown city area surrounded by walking distance restaurants, indoor and outdoor shopping malls and sports activities. The Hotel is consisting of 90 rooms with double occupany, single occupany, suites, and rooms with a Jaccuzi. The Hotel also offers a meeting space which can accommodate about 25 to 30 people depending on the set up. The meeting room measures 600 square feet altogether. We have an indoor pool, hot tub, exercise facility, and full hot breakfast every morning. The full buffet is only $7.95 per person and $3.95 for children 12 and under. For corporate guests we do have a business center fully equiped with desk tops, printers, and a high speed internet complimentary 24 hours a day. The Hotel also offers in room pay per movies.
