Friendly staff, very clean room, nice courtyard and pool. We would stay here without any hesitation. Also a convenient location for groceries, etc. The staff made sure that my room was clean and had fresh towels, etc. Staff and facilities were excellent! I will stay again. Excellent facility and very clean. Everyone was wonderful and accommodating! Friendly Staff. Clean Room. Close to Banner Hospital. Our reason for staying. AC was awesome. Food was good, coffee too. It was nice having a bar as well. Courtyard by Marriott Phoenix West/Avondale is located less than a mile from all of your dining and shopping needs.
