Property Description

Every staff member that we encountered during our recent stay was incredibly friendly and helpful! I don't know that I've ever had such top notch customer service before. We had a wonderful stay! From the front desk to maintenance, everyone was so delightful. It was wonderful! Courtyard by Marriott Capitol Hill/Navy Yard is located in the center of the revitilizing neighborhood of South East. We are located only 1 block from the Navy Yard Metro Station, 1 block from the Department of Transportation Headquarters, 5 blocks from the historic Navy Yard,5 blocks from the Washington Nationals basball park, and a short walk to the Capitol Building. Our hotel opened its doors in the Spring of 2006 and has enjoyed the company of many guests and many Marriott Rewards members. The hotel has 204 spacious guest rooms with a mix of Single rooms with a King size bed as well as a pull-out sofa bed and Double rooms with two queen size beds. Our hotel also has ADA acessible rooms. Our hotel boasts 12 King Suites which can comfortably transform from a sleeping room to an office for a meeting or to a Bridal Suite. Not only does the Courtyard Navy Yard have modernly comfortable decorated rooms, we have 4 meeting rooms to accommodate business meetings,family reunions,evening receptions and company/holiday parties.
