The front desk is always courteous. Violetta, Olga and Sierra helped me tremendously from ensuring my room was ready to checking room availability for an upcoming trip! The staff during breakfast was wonderful and pleasant and not to mention extremely helpful. All in all the Embassy Suites in McAllen is my favorite and thus why I always like to stay there during business and personal trips! 10 out of 10! Excellent hotel. All went very well.
