The staff is really, really nice and the rooms are beautiful. It's not that far from shopping, etc! This hotel is a unique property with a giant welcoming fireplace as you walk in. It has ponds in the dining area stocked with fish and turtles; very nice! The staff, from the reception desk to the wait staff to the maids, were very good and very friendly and helpful. Booking was easy. Hotel was easy to get to and had plenty of parking. Check in was easy. Room was okay, bed was very comfortable and linens were clean. Bathroom was clean with good water pressure. Check out was easy. The buffet breakfast had good food.
