Great location and comfortable. Everyone was very helpful rooms were clean, Nice experience. The gentleman that check us in the first time was great, the woman who checked us in the next day was fantastic and she didn't mind us bugging her for information a lot. Housekeeper was awesome and the gentleman that helped us to our room the first night. I'll be recommending this hotel to all of my family and friends. Not bad at all for my first time in Las Vegas. It was the only place that I can get a room, but I was not disappointed in the beginning. They made a mistake with my roommate gave me a one bad king when I needed a two-bed double. They go out and fix it right away. I am surprised the how fast the management work, but I had fun your casino is beautiful and safe. I would stay there again and I'm telling my friends too also. The room was clean and neat. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. All of the staff were so happy and friendly. We were satisfied with the hotel. Service oriented! Clean rooms.
