Gloucester House is believed to have been built in 1790 as a rather grand residence becoming a hotel as late as the 1960's. It is now a grade two listed building and forms part of the Esplanade, Weymouth's superb sweeping seafront with spectacular uninterrupted views of the bay.The resident proprietors, Geoff and Christine Saxton, offer accommodation with bed and breakfast in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere making your stay comfortable and enjoyable, leaving you with a wish to return.Gloucester House is ideally situated for Weymouth beach which is literally across the road.
