Group of girls stayed there for three days, we did not have any bad experiences with the staff. They would make sure we were well attended every time we went to the buffet. Pool is nice, spa, four restaurant options that require reservations so we were mainly in the buffet which contained a lot of food options. The bar drinks are okay. They had many events at the resort as well if you didn't want to go out. And lastly very close to all other areas with a parking lot if you have a rental car.
