The room was clean, the people were nice. Our room was comfortable, clean and the staff was very professional, friendly and polite! Wedding party of 20+ regularly ÔÇ£taking overÔÇØ patio and common area. The Team was very welcoming, accommodating and an excellent host. Highly recommend. We had a large wedding party and the staff was extremely accommodating. We pretty much took over the common areas at times, but they always were concerned with our needs. Rooms were clean and everything was to our satisfaction. Well done! The staff was great and very accommodating; anything we asked for, they did their best to meet our needs! We basically took over the patio and breakfast room for three days and not a single complaint! If you're having a South Haven destination event, would highly recommend this hotel! They were absolutely wonderful! My daughter and her new hubby booked the Hampton 10 months ago for their wedding today. Sent it out on their wedding website, so I invited family and friends could make their reservations. Most of the wedding party also selected this hotel. Rooms were great and exactly what we booked. They have a hot breakfast from 6:00-10:00 every day with omelets, bacon or sausage, fried potatoes, oatmeal, cereal waffles, yogurt, toast and pastries, as well as juice, coffee and tea. But it was GOOD! Our group pretty much took over the breakfast/lounge and patio area for a majority of three days, as we arrived on Thursday to have the Bachelor/Bachelorette parties and Friday to recover. The staff was wonderful and bent over backwards to accommodate us with every request! Plus, Culver's is on one side, Wendy's is on the other and Sherman's Ice Cream Shop is across the street. It's only a couple miles from town but we had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend it if you're going to be in the area! Thank you for making our daughter's wedding week end so wonderful!
