From check in to check out, everyone was very efficient and friendly. Kudos to the housekeeping and breakfast bar staff! They were superb! Will be staying again! Always very happy at this location. The staff is very helpful and kind. The person behind the desk was wonderful. I feel at home! Every time we walked through the front door, the staff greeted us. The room was clean and in a great location. Not too close to Times Square, but close enough to walk. Safe area too. Good location, clean place and friendly staff. Nice free breakfast. As the newest hotel in Mystic, The Hampton Inn & Suites is conveniently located at exit 90 off Interstate 95 less than 1/2 mile to Mystic Aquarium and the Olde Mistick Village, 2 miles from Mystic Seaport, and a short drive to Foxwoods Resort Casino as well as Mohegan Sun Casino.
