Clean room, spacious, friendly staff, great breakfast! Very good! The staff was very helpful in securing us a room during the recent snow emergency that hit Chicago. We had actually stayed here one night and left for another hotel but decided to come back because the service was so good and the staff was so helpful! We appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms, the room, service, the cleanliness of the entire operation. We appreciate the breakfast each day and the fact that there are some items for purchase at the desk which can help alleviate sporadic hunger and thirst issues that arose during our stay. Overall, we are very pleased with our decision to stay. We highly recommend it to our friends and family. Very nice hotel. All is good, except the American Flag on the pole out front needs replaced.
