After a complete six month and Ôé¼23 millioninvestment renovation project the Hilton Barcelona has re-opened its doors early May 2012.Arriving in Barcelona in 1990, we have undergone an extensive refurbishment of our 289 guest rooms, 13 suites and public areas, including the spectacular new lobby.Our aim for the design was to integrate Barcelona's vibrant surroundings into both the architecture and interior design of the hotel. The distance from the airport is aprox. 15 minutes by taxi, the aproximate cost 20 Ôé¼uros.The hotel is in the middle of the two biggest upscale shopping malls in Barcelona. The area is one of the best and privileged in Barcelona and very well protected.
