Property Description

Great hotel. Great room. Great pool; took the kids swimming before the Blue Jackets Hockey game. Pizza carry out near by. The night view of Columbus is enchanting. Audi, the valet captain, took the parking charges off my bill on all three cars because I had to wait longer than normal. Hilton service as usual makes it right! The grandsons asked "When are we going back again POP POP ?" Really soon when it is a Hilton in Columbus, Ohio! The experience begins with walking into the lobby. Great open space with concierge, valet, front desk and hotel bar, all within steps of each other; great layout! My room was spotless and fresh with a well thought out footprint, everything was conveniently laid out and organized. I was there with a large group for a conference, the meeting rooms were comfortable and the food was fabulous! Great experience. Well done Hilton staff! I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Columbus Downtown. Staff was super friendly. Well-kept and beds are super comfy. I highly recommend and will stay again in the future.
