The hotel is beautiful and clean and located near many places to eat and shop. The staff is very professional and friendly. We had a great time. Ananda at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She has her hospitality game ON! Room was clean, great view, will come back for sure! From booking the room with Alex to checking in with Ashley, to dining and using the shuttle service at 4:30 in the morning, the staff was superb! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, it was refreshing in today's world for sure! Whenever we fly out of Albany International we will be staying with this hotel 100%! Thanks to all who made our stay great. Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, helpful and pleasant staff! I would recommend it.
