Portland Downtown and Old Port
The hotel was fine, but the staff was exceptional. A lady named Cat works at the front desk and seemed to do lots of different jobs at the hotel. She went above and beyond helping us find restaurants, plan our day in Portland, etc. She even drove us to the airport in the shuttle. Good service like that is an exception these days and she made our frustrating travel disruption much more bearable. Also, the Jamaican lady who works in the restaurant was very kind and helpful. They made our stay in Portland enjoyable. Very clean, comfortable, staff is very friendly and helpful.100% Great. Lori at front desk was terrific. Corporate should be proud of her. The young lady in the lounge making cocktails was also great. Our room was very clean thanks to the housekeeping staff as well. A+ Nice rooms and convenient to the airport.
