Front desk was very helpful during my stay. Our room was comfortable, clean and the staff was very professional, friendly and polite! Remote was sanitized. Clean sheets and bedsheets. Staff was exceptional, room was clean and fresh. We had a situation where a jewel from a ring fell out somewhere in the room or hallway.
