This hotel is in a great location. Rooms are overall in good condition. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. My first time staying in New York and the hotel far surpassed my expectations.The hospitality from everyone was above and beyond from check in to check out. Excellent and professional service from bellhops, cleaning staff, restaurant staff and front desk. The view was beautiful, the room was clean and very accommodating, the accessibility to everything in New York all within walking distance. I cannot say enough of a great stay!
