I love the hotel! It is beautiful and the kids had a great time in the Lazy River. The staff is excellent, caring and professional. We will be back. As I bought a PKG. Deal. It was a great choice! The location, the amenities and the restaurants are very good. You can find what you need even very late. Disney Springs is within walking distance where you can find many options for souvenirs, restaurants, etc. Having the benefit of early entry to Disney Parks is awesome. I would go back to this hotel definitely. Very clean, well designed hotel with lots of great amenities including food options, pool and park shuttles. Staff friendly and welcoming. We had a fabulous stay at the resort. The rooms were very clean. The highlight was the incredible staff and outstanding customer service.
