Property Description

The staff at the Hilton went above and beyond for me! My flight, alongside thousands of other people's flights, were canceled, on a layover in SLC, after midnight. Every single hotel in the city and for up to 50 miles in any direction was full. The Hilton was too, but after I explained my distress to the front desk agent, she took my number down and called me back 15 minutes later with a miracle room she created out of thin air. I slept in a conference connector room, with no actual bed, just a pullout couch in a sectional. But it was after 2:00am by the time I had arrived and she gave me a 2:00pm checkout time and I'm eternally grateful to her! The Hilton is BEAUTIFUL and you'll enjoy a lovely pool area, complimentary hot breakfast, a Starbucks in the lobby, a steakhouse, even an Avis car rental location in the lobby. I also gave 10/10 to Avis; got me in a car and headed for the 10 hour drive home when my airline couldn't get me on a flight for four days. Really thankful this property went the extra mile for me as I had called no less than 30 hotels that night and was on the brink of collapse. Instead, I got a good night's rest, a good breakfast and access to a rental car at my fingertips. Very nice hotel. Loved it.
