This property is approximately five miles from LEGOLAND. They offer a breakfast in the morning which is convenient and delicious. The staff is professional and attentive. This hotel is not by a freeway which is excellent! The decor is updated and modern. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean! Bed was comfortable and clean. This wasn't our first choice for a hotel nearby the Soccer Complex in Carlsbad because it's about 10 minutes away. It turned out to be a great location. It's near Carlsbad for a greater variety of food and activities for the kids as well as near the ocean for an amazing ocean walk while enjoying the breeze,.
