Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. We came to Charleston for medical appointments in two different locations. The staff and shuttle drivers helped to reduce our anxiety by getting us where we needed to go on time. Great can do attitudes. Very good hotel. Staff was awesome! The best location minutes from downtown with a beautiful view of the harbor. The beds were very comfortable. The housekeeping staff was very helpful and friendly. Will stay here again because of the location and the hotel has shuttle service hourly to downtown and MUSC.
