The Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, Constitution Center, Dave & Busters is all within walking distance of the hotel. Rivers Casino is 2 miles North of the hotel on Delaware Avenue. The hotel is 2 miles East of the Philadelphia Art Museum/Rocky Statue and even less to the Franklin Institute. South Street is a great place for food and shopping and less than 1 mile from the hotel. Our meeting room is located on the ground floor of our hotel. The rooms is pre-set boardroom/conference style for 10 guests with 10 comfortable chairs. There are two outlets on the surface top of the boardroom table. The room does lock and can be secured. Food and non-alcoholic beverages as well as audio visual may be brought into the meeting room as the hotel does not supply these items. Parking is available in the hotel lot for the attendee's at a cost of $15 per car, per day. Hotel guests staying overnight do pay the $25 per night, per day parking charge.
