The staff at front desk very courteous and helpful. Room very clean and comfortable. I liked the pump bottles of shampoo and conditioner. The restaurant downstairs is very nice and convenient. The hotel perfectly suited my needs and requirements when the airline canceled my flight. It was clean and comfortable. Every time I have stayed at a Holiday Inn, the rooms have always been clean and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. This recent stay I booked a pet freindly room and was told they had a fenced dog run. It made my trip so much easier.
