Property Description

The Holiday Inn is in the last stage of a $10m renovation. Everything in the hotel will be brand new; inside and out. Some of the overnight room changes include: 50 inch t.v.'s, new HVAC units, new windows, doors, furniture, flooring and vinyl, tub-less showers. In addition, we have taken all of our double bedded rooms and changed them to rooms with two queen size beds. We have also added sleeper sofas to some of our king guest rooms. The lobby has been completely transformed with new interior design, furnishings, and an automatic lobby door. The restaurant and bar are now combined into one area and has been completely remodeled. We have updated the pool area including; new paint, flooring, pool decking, renovated restrooms and an ADA sauna. The exterior of the hotel has also been changed to include a new modern look.
