The staff was friendly and helpful, the restaurant food was delicious and the room was very comfortable. Your staff at registration did an excellent job in welcoming us. Our room was lovely. We had good experience in getting some drinks from your bar/restaurant. Very nice staff and the female bartender was amazing on our first night. I was very glad that we were able to take some drinks back to our room as the bar was very busy and crowded with other visitors. Overall, your staff at check in were great and I will mention Camryn, who was especially cordial and very friendly and professional. She greeted us whenever we would see her. She was a great ambassador for your property! We were in Syracuse for a family funeral and not for the big antique auto weekend, so I want to qualify that our visit was a one time only, but were treated as if we were annual guests. 100% great choice. Can't go wrong, perfect location. Clean hotel with excellent service, brand new! Pool and hot tub, bar and restaurant, all perfect.
