I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt in Westlake with a comfortable room and engaging staff. Professional employees were very friendly with class, including the staff and the valet boys. A lovely hotel. The staff was very accommodating when we were trying to figure out switching rooms. I even left my phone at the bar and the employee came out to the pool to make sure I had it! So nice. I always enjoy this property and the service of staff. Had a great stay in this beautiful hotel! Everything was wonderful. The hotel is nice and has a convenient Starbucks on site for morning coffee.
