Great employees! All were more then 100%! The staff members were friendly and helpful. It was definitely a pleasurable experience for a beautiful time as such. If I am ever back in the city, I will definitely return to this hotel. Great customer service. Shout out to Isabella on 21st floor (Filippina). She is awesome. She's a keeper. The room was comfortable and clean. The Staff was awesome from Victor at front desk and Fred? front desk manager made certain I left as a satisfied customer. Thank You! Customer service was great, fast check in and out, room was clean with a great view. Hotel close to everything and right next to Seaport Village. Pool was clean, there were outdoor games and cinemas you can take advantage of. A/C worked great.
