The bartender was very attentive and polite! We didn't order drinks but had several take out orders, he was always trying to rush the orders so our wait time wasn't long. Overall was a great experience! Hotel is clean and the pool is very nice. Rooms are good, price is good. Close to several restaurants and stores. About ten mins to all theme parks. Would stay again. We had a very good experience at Melia while being in Orlando for the National Cheer Competition. All the staff were super friendly. The room was top notch. Enjoyed the scenery, the pool and all the amenities. Thank you for a very pleasant experience! The hotel is absolutely beautiful! When we arrived staff was outside to welcome and guide us to the front desk. They were also making s'mores with some of the guests. It was such a nice gesture. It truly made my heart smile! The front desk staff was very nice and informative. The front desk is close to the restaurant (The Wilson)! We were pleasantly surprised to see and hear a violinist playing while guests enjoyed their meal. He was awesome! We were very pleased with the room layout and cleanliness. The Wilson restaurant was also a delight! The BBQ chicken pizza was the best pizza I've ever had. We hate that we couldn't really enjoy all the great things and views because of the weather. It was COLD! It was perfect. Everything was fantastic. Excellent hotel.
