Nice bed, nice furniture, good lighting, overall facility condition was good. Hotel room was spotless. Decor was very nice and room was comfortable and quiet. I would stay there again. Service animals complying with ADA Title lll regulations are allowed. Yes! Pets are allowed. Sonesta now offers a Paws Program, where we are welcoming Pets into our hotel. This is a training we all have been assigned to please be sure to take that f you havenÔÇÖt yet. The pet fee is now $75. No matter the length of stay. Upon check in the guest will be offered the welcome letter and the pet agreement letter. ( Within the next few weeks, we will have certain rooms that will be pet friendly rooms) for now just keep doing what we have been doing. If you know before hand that a guest is arriving with a pet you will assign the guest a room and then put in the room a pet bed, Bowl and waterproof mat. The rooms already have ÔÇ£pet in room magnetsÔÇØ. These items are not for the guest to keep. We will also have items in the lobby for sale for the dogs. The desk will have a jar with bones we can give to the dogs.
