Our first time staying here, very friendly staff, very, very clean facility. We liked the oversized rooms and the double vanity. We had a great view of the river which has many ducks on it daily. Great breakfast each morning. Great place! I was very pleased with our accommodations and will stay here again when we are in town. I loved that we had a private balcony overlooking the river and a fireplace. It gave us the feeling that we were in a quiet, remote area. Loved how clean and updated this hotel is. Beautiful spot on stream. I definitely recommend it! We hadn't been to the Smokies in a few years but we had in the past used Twin Mountains as our go to place! We love sitting on the balcony and watching the Pigeon River! The young lady who was on duty several days while we were there that does the cleaning, you need to try your best to keep her! For someone that young she had a good work ethic; she was a hard worker and friendly. If we come back to the Smokies we will probably stay here again. I noticed that you are allowing animals a lot, I like animals but I hope you restrict them to certain rooms! Stay with Us!
