Hotel staff was exceptional in looking after the needs of their guests. Extremely professional and thorough. The workers were amazing, a wonderful gal at the front desk. The lobby is the main reason we book at Aloft hotels, they are family friendly and this one had live music! I would visit again. I stayed at A Loft the night before and night of surgery. The beds were really comfortable, and I love how they have made the rooms feel cozy and welcoming.
