We arrived earlier than the scheduled check in time and they graciously found a cleaned and ready room for us so we could change and enjoy an afternoon on the river with grandkids! Always enjoy my time at this beautiful hotel. Food was delicious and I enjoyed the shower. Staff was polite and efficient. Restaurant food was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Good place for family stay. I would stay here again.
