We had a great stay. Had everything we needed and everyone was very kind. Will stay again when I return to the area. Thanks. This is one of the best places to stay when we come to watch the O's play. When we arrived we were early but the reservation desk was amazing, the lady who helped us got us a room so we didn't have to wait and come back. Top service rating for her (I wish I could remember her name). The rooms are clean and comfortable. Also I can't say enough for the staff at the bar/restaurant. We have grown to know Maryann very well when we come, she is amazing so friendly. We look forward to coming every year. Staff friendly. Good housekeeping. Room clean. Had breakfast at the Yard. Buffet had a nice variety. Nice that it was within walking distance of CFG Bank Arena and Camden Yards. We were satisfied with our stay. Thanks a lot for your service. I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Staff was wonderful and food was excellent. I had an amazing experience at this hotel. I had an experience with a hotel visitor that required me to talk to the front desk and security. The security that night, Nyla, went above and beyond. I was hysterical and she not only walked me to my room, but also provided me with tissues while crying. I talked to other staff the next morning and they made me feel as safe as possible. All staff was welcoming and provided expectational service. Very nice hotel, clean nice rooms Staff wonderful and food was excellent! Our room was large, clean and stocked with toiletries. Takeout food was delicious and it was nice to have the option of eating in the hotel restaurant. There was also a mini store to purchase snacks. The location was close to the harbor, convention center and baseball arena. Best of all, the staff was friendly and helpful. Great location, excellent food options within the hotel, clean, great water pressure and temperature in the shower, friendly staff. Great location for conference attendance.
