Beaver Village condominiums are 2 blocks from the main downtown area of Winter Park and 2 miles from the Winter Park Ski Resort. Our convenient location creates a perfect vacation rental choice for year round. The large complex is set in a campus setting with three clusters and a centrally located clubhouse. The entire condo complex is surrounded by the Arapaho National Forest and has spectacular views of the Continental Divide. Choose from 1,2 3 or 4 bedroom vacation rentals all with fully equipped kitchens, fireplaces, free in unit Wi-Fi access and private balconies. The main clubhouse offers an indoor pool and hot tubs, sauna, paid laundry facilities and a lounge area with free Wi-Fi, gas fireplace and there is meeting room space for rent including a kitchen.
