Staff was really nice. They even called the room after I arrived to make sure all was well. Room was nice. Breakfast was good. Very nice entrance lobby. I loved my stay here. Beautiful place. All staff were great. I would certainly return. Clean hotel in a great location. Was happy with everything. Well I would recommend your lodge at Banner Elk to anyone who needs to be at peace and step back in time,just great. Staff was great! I will stay here again! Stayed here for a wedding.
