We like the downtown area. There are good restaurants within walking distance and the neighborhood seems very safe. The big thing is the staff. They are all friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. All is good there. The Candlewood Suites is the newest hotel in Terre Haute, Indiana. We have six floors with 97 guest rooms. We have beautiful rooms with one queen, or studo two full beds. We office smoking and non-smoking rooms. Travel with ease knowing your pets are welcome. The building use to be the home of the Tribune Star. Renovated elevators and copper stair-way add a lot of character to the hotel. Our rooms have all the great things you would find at your own house. We are located in Downtown Terre Haute close to downtown shopping eating places.
