Love the hotel's charm and the staff is exceptional. We enjoy staying in the king room with the patio. Lovely spot to enjoy a glass of wine. The bakery next door is a great place to have breakfast in the morning. A special thank you to (Tera) the front desk for going far and beyond to help us. Looking forward to our next stay! Anastasia, Brenda and Tera (did I spell it right) were EXTREMELY kind, professional and compassionate to each request and need for my fianc├® and myself. Clean, comfortable and a great staff! I will always return to the Carlton, because they were respectful, courteous and friendly. Besides being a very beautiful hotel, the staff was most helpful in getting us into our room to get ready for a wedding. Room was clean and the in room coffee was delicious and cream was liquid cream, not powdered milk! I'd stay there again!
