From the moment we set foot in the opulent lobby, we were completely amazed and delighted by the Carnegie. The staff was very friendly and the room was most comfortable. The mattress was just right for a good night's sleep and the pillows were perfect. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Johnson City! We throughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was great: check in, housekeeping, room decor, restaurant, room service, spa gift shop and check out. One of our best hotel stays! This place is a winner. Great friendly associates were so helpful. Nice restaurant. The Gatsbyesque interior was beautiful, the staff very professional and helpful and the restaurant food was excellent and fairly priced.
