The hotel had a lot of activities to keep those of all ages entertained, when the maintenance staff was needed for a few adjustments they were very fast to respond and resolved the problems quickly; all of the staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the view from our oceanfront balcony was amazing. Our food at the Reef was delicious, the bistro had some great food choices, the sundae was fabulous, the service at the bars was great and drinks were tasty.
