Very nice and accommodating staff. Rooms were clean. Courtyard was nice. A nice place to stay for a reasonable price. Cascades Inn is a family-friendly retro-motel in a nice quiet location. Within walking distance to Big 10 Indiana University Memorial Stadium and Assembly Hall, and only 1.5 miles from historic downtown Bloomington Indiana and 20 minutes from Lake Monroe.We have free off-street parking and plenty of room for boats and RVsEasy access from all directions: I-69, State Road 37, State Road 46, State Road 45 and College and Walnut Streets.We pride ourselves on super-clean rooms with triple sheeted beds. 32" Flat Screen LG TVs and FREE high speed Wi-Fi in every room. Kids stay free! We are in the process of renovating the Cascades Inn, courtyard, and exterior. Every room available for reservation has been newly renovated. The reception and breakfast areas (lobby, dining room, and bar) are closed, except for event bookings for up to 80 people.

Cascades Inn is on the near north side of Bloomington, only 45 minutes from Indianapolis International Airport. Airport shuttle has regular runs to Bloomington. Sycamore Room
The Cascades Inn Sycamore Room can hold up to 80 people. It has wood floors with a raised floor adjacent to the large floor to ceiling windows that line the north wall. The room is 1100 square feet. Space can be expanded to hold another 50 people in the adjoining Maple Room.
