This historical hotel is located in Casco Viejo - A designated World Heritage Site (1997) in Panama City. The Central Hotel Panama opened its doors for the first time in 1874. It was the first hotel in Panama, serving as a ÔÇ£rendezvous pointÔÇØ for all of the passengers who traveled to the American continent, and becoming famous throughout the western hemisphere by offering an Elegant and Classy European and American services at reasonable prices. The Reconstruction work on the building has been completed and it consisted in maintaining the facade and respecting the original structure.
