Property Description

The historic Centralia Square Grand Ballroom and Hotel has undergone an extensive restoration. Newly returned back to its original 1920s grandeur are the gorgeous Grand Ballroom with its full stage and orchestra balcony, the Parkview Outdoor Terrace overlooking Washington Park as well as 16 vintage hotel rooms and suites! We are also located next to a large adjoining parking lot for the convenience of our guests. NOTE: The Centralia Square Grand Ballroom and Hotel is conveniently located in historic downtown Centralia just a short walking distance from numerous restaurants, shops and the beautifully restored Centralia Train Depot. The weekends here are an especially vibrant time with weddings and other celebrations taking place in our newly restored Grand Ballroom. Groups seeking an early bedtime or greater tranquility should request rooms far from the terrace and ballroom areas or join us for a less crowded mid-week stay.

Policies / Expenses Cancellation: Due to the pre-planning required for events it is very difficult to re-book cancellations. Please submit your cancellation request in writing and we will immediately try to get it re-booked. We can refund what we can re-rent, minus a $200 change fee. We are nestled in Historic Downtown Centralia near our sister venue the beautiful Aerie Ballroom and Events Facility. The continuing restoration of these historic buildings is funded in large part by your events.
