Celebrating my wife's 56th birthday and what a pleasure it was to deal with Sarah Buchanan from Hotel Planner on planning this. Very professional and customer service focused. She listened to us and worked to make sure we were taken care of. Although she had let Cheeca know that we would be arriving late, the resort did not hold up their end of the deal at check in and Sarah with Hotel Planner got involved and made sure it was resolved. They worked with the management at Cheeca Lodge and we were very satisfied with everything that Jasymn from Cheeca did for us.
