Our stay at Chestnut Mountain Resort was great! It had been awhile (long while) since I skied and everyone was helpful. The room, food and slopes were all great. Definitely need to get back again. Pretty view and comfortable bed. Chestnut Mountain Resort sits high on a bluff overlooking the Mississippi River. We have two public restaurants and one lounge, all with a commanding view of the Mississippi River. In the summer season we offer our Alpine Slide, chairlift rides, miniature golf, disc golf, hiking/biking trails and Mississippi River cruises. In the winter time we offer downhill skiing and snowboarding. We have 99 lodging rooms. 10 of the 99 rooms are family suites. We offer three meeting rooms and two banquet facilities. One of our banquet facilities is a tent in our beautiful Sunset Garden area. Audio Visual equipment is available upon request.

Vista Banquet Room The Vista Room is ideally used for banquets and receptions. We can also use this space as a meeting room. The Vista room has a magnificent view of the Mississippi River. The main floor of the room is 60x95. Three steps down from the main floor is another area that is ideal for cocktail receptions or may be used as an extension of the main floor.
